Estimator – Full Time
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne​​​

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our busy manufacturing team on a full-time, permanent basis in Ashton-under-Lyne.

​

About the role:
This position involves preparing accurate and timely cost estimates, supporting general administrative duties, and working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and producing accurate cost estimates

• Carrying out general administration duties

• Working with internal teams to support quotations and enquiries

• Using estimating software (Auto-Quotes – training provided)

• Maintaining organised and accurate records

​

About you:

• Previous estimating experience or a background in manufacturing/fabrication is preferred

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with Auto-Quotes is an advantage (training provided)

• Knowledge of SolidWorks or a design background would be beneficial

• Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills

• Confident, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
