GKF provides a coordinated service covering consultation, site surveys, CAD design, project management, fabrication, electrical integration, delivery, installation and technical support.
Our approach works equally well for individual bespoke projects, standard equipment requirements and larger commercial programmes involving multiple sites.
From individual specialist pieces to repeatable equipment packages, our controlled in-house manufacturing process allows us to maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail.

Site Survey
Our optional site survey allows us to assess the space, access requirements, services and potential installation challenges before manufacture begins.
This helps us develop an accurate, practical solution while planning for smooth delivery, positioning and installation.
Design & CAD / SolidWorks
Our in-house design team works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to turn operational requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions.
We produce detailed CAD or SolidWorks drawings for approval, including equipment layouts and relevant service information, helping to identify and resolve potential issues before production.
Delivery and Installation
GKF operates its own transport fleet and employs dedicated installation engineers, enabling us to coordinate delivery and installation around the wider project programme.
Flexible scheduling is available where required, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods, helping clients minimise disruption to live commercial environments.
Technical Support
Because our equipment is designed and manufactured in-house, our engineers have a detailed understanding of each product and project. This allows us to identify issues quickly and provide practical, responsive support.
Where specialist subcontractors are required, they are carefully selected to meet our expectations for quality, safety and reliability.
